Which job sites does Applyd work with?
Workday, Ashby, Greenhouse and Lever. Check the link for the platform name, like myworkdayjobs.com, ashbyhq.com, greenhouse.io or lever.co. More platforms coming soon.
How does it work?
You add your details and resume once. Then you paste a link to any job on a supported site, and Applyd fills out and submits the application for you. You receive a submission screenshot and confirmation directly to your email.
What does the free trial include?
5 free applications. Use them within 7 days of signing up. No card needed.
Do my applications expire?
No. Your applications never expire while Applyd is operating.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. There is no monthly plan. You buy applications when you need them, and reload whenever you run out. You can also turn on auto-reload, which reloads 10, 25 or 50 applications (your choice) when you have fewer than 5 left, and turn it off any time.
What if an application can't be completed?
It moves to Unable to Process with the reason, and it does not use up one of your applications.
How do I see application confirmations and get replies from employers?
Each account gets its own Applyd email address for employer replies. Your Inbox shows them, and they can be forwarded to your personal email.
Do you see my card details?
No. Payments are handled by Stripe on their secure page, and Applyd never sees your card.
When does my application get submitted?
Applyd aims to submit every application within 24-48 hours of submission.
How do I know Applyd won't make an error or submit the wrong information? What happens if there is an error?
Applyd works on trust and accuracy - our system has gone through extensive testing and all applications are human reviewed prior to submission. In the very unlikely event an error does occur, you always have the option to 'Report an Issue' directly within your Applyd account. This sends a priority message to the Applyd support team who can then take action. In a worst case scenario, many application platforms allow submissions to be withdrawn.
